New on DZ Portal: The Kaizen Hub and a Working Live Center
The Kaizen page now has every game, head to head for both legs and full season stats. And the Live page finally shows the games being played.
Two upgrades landed on DZ Portal this week, both built for match nights.
The Kaizen page is now a full league hub
The standings table is still there, but it's no longer alone:
Games. The next round's fixtures with kickoff times, the latest results, and every round of the first and second leg. Each result shows the map and the match MVP, and opens the full scoreboard.
Head to head. Every team against every team, across both legs. Tap any pair to see who leads, the combined round score and both games side by side.
Season stats. The best player so far, the most MVPs, top 5 lists for rating, ADR, K/D, headshot %, opening kills and clutches, a sortable table of every player, and each team's form over its last five games.
Everything updates by itself after each game: results within about 10 minutes, player stats about 30 minutes after the final round.
The Live page works
The Live page is now connected directly to FACEIT. When a Kaizen game, a tournament match or a DZPL game is being played, it shows up with the teams, the map, the start time and a link to watch the room on FACEIT. The page refreshes itself every 30 seconds.
The Score Center on the home page uses the same feed, and Kaizen games in progress get a LIVE badge on the Kaizen page.
One thing to know: FACEIT only publishes the score once a game is over, so live cards show who is playing and where. The score lands on the site when the game ends.
First real test: Kaizen Round 4, Friday 2 October from 19:00.
