The program focuses on:
Fundamentals — Aim, positioning, utility, communication. The things that separate a good pub player from a competitive one.
Team play — How to build chemistry, adapt to roles, and perform under pressure.
Mental resilience — Consistency is a skill. We treat it like one.
Pathway to pro — The best Academy players will have a clear route into FDZ's competitive rosters and structured leagues.
